LCL Launches Mobile Account Access for Retail Customers
A mobile publishing solution helps the French bank strengthen its brand image and build customer loyalty.
As a main national bank, LCL wanted to provide its retail and commercial customers with a new service for banking from mobile devices. The WEDIA CrossMedia platform contains a mobile rendering module that enables LCL to:
- Automatically update the web content on its mobile sites
- Track customer usage of the service, including visits, clickstream, navigation, and devices used
With mobile services in place, LCL was able to keep pace with customer expectations for ubituious access to their account data, as well as brand new mobile content in a way that strengthened its image as a technologically-savvy bank for mainstream users.
